Impactful and successful organizations constantly evolve in today’s environment which demands legitimacy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Regardless of past and current success in programming and services, it is prudent to regularly evaluate and refine/modify/change when appropriate to remain vibrant and relevant.

She’s helped keep everything afloat and alive. It’s like she provides a life raft in a way that I don’t think many people do. You don’t have a lot of people always working on your behalf like Janus does. She’s really in the full spectrum – she helps guide the organization and its leaders.
